This is a 1995 Chevrolet Silverado C3500 ambulance. It has the 6.5 L Detroit turbo diesel engine. The engine was replaced with a completely new engine at 78,000 miles. The chassis has 95,337 miles on it so the engine has less than 20,000 miles on it. It got a new alternator at 90,000 miles. It had two brand new batteries installed this spring with an oil and filter change. The cab air conditioning blows ice cold. The box also has air conditioning and heat. They work great as well. It has two new front tires. The rear tires are in excellent shape. The vinyl floor in the cab is new. The gurney clamps in the bed have been removed. It runs and dives great. Everything in the box works like it should. We have been using it as a tailgating and camping rig. It has lots of storage! The only rust spots are seen in the pictures on the bottom of the passenger fender and a bit over the passenger fender wheel well. The flood lights and light bar work.
