2004 Ford F450 Dump Truck, Gasoline, Automatic 80K Miles! 1-Owner!! SEE VIDEO! Heres a sharp looking, low-mileage dump truck ready to start working! As the pictures illustrate, this dump truck is in exceptional shape and has been lightly used! It sports the renowned quality of a Heil bed, and the superior strength of an F450 chassis! This truck works as good as it looks! We drove this truck over 100 miles to our location and were absolutely impressed at its performance. Furthermore, we used the dump bed on a couple of projects (especially since no CDL is required), and were very satisfied with its performance! The powertrain on this Dump Truck features the proven, and inexpensive to own 6.8L GASOLINE engine! The engine ignites right away, it has a very steady idle, and there are no abnormal noises, vibrations, or smoke. The engine provides abundant power to quickly accelerate and get this dump truck up to highway speeds. All the gears on the automatic overdrive transmission are engaging properly, shifting smoothly, and pulling strong. The truck rides straight, the cab is noticeably quiet, and the braking is evenly strong. Take a look at the video to see this dump truck in action! The aesthetic condition of this dump truck is remarkable; the bodylines are straight, there is no structural or rust damage, and the doors and hood are aligned properly. The interior is what you would expect on a low mileage unit; the dashboard has no cracks, the door panels and moldings are in very good shape, and the floor vinyl has no tears or holes. The AC blows cold (even in Texas triple digit weather!), and all its gauges, indicators, and lamps are functioning properly. The Heil dump bed is also in superb working condition! The electric over hydraulic system engages right away, the bed rises and descends effortlessly, and there are NO leaks on the hoist, pump, or the hoses. The dump bed is equipped a tarp that extends and retracts easily, and the tarp mechanism locks into place properly. As can be expected on a pre-owned dump truck, there are few details and flaws on this truck. Known details are: the radio does not work, minor paint flaws, some nicks and dents on the dump bed, and the front bumper has a dent on it. Most of these details are evident on the pictures and video. Details aside, this truck is genuinely above par! We have driven it extensively and would not hesitate to drive cross-country with it at a moment’s notice!
